Having stayed at Al Massa Grand Hotel by Al Haramin in Makkah, I found it to be conveniently located within walking distance from the iconic Haram. the modern room was spotlessly clean, featuring new furniture and amenities like a fridge, electric kettle, and complimentary tea and coffee, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The service provided by Ahmed Elfakharanj truly made our stay exceptional. His attention to detail and dedication to ensuring our comfort did not go unnoticed. It's the little touches like these that elevate a stay from good to memorable. the availability of extra blankets and pillows ensured a cozy night's sleep, while the abundance of elevators made navigating the hotel a breeze. the air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen TVs provided a welcome retreat after a day of sightseeing in the Ajyad district.
